There are no page numbers in this journal. Rather, each page is designated by a unique name, posted at the bottom of the page, and the paragraphs on that page are numbered. Block quotations do not have their own paragraph numbers, but are considered to belong to the paragraph in which they are found. Notes are designated by number. To cite any section of text, refer to the page name and paragraph number or refer to the note number.
