Reorganization of Server Files
I have reorganized the files in our g4 folder which previously had no structure. The new structure is the following:
Phase1
-analysis folder (has everything from phase 1)
Phase2
-sketches folder
-rough_drafts folder
-wireframes folder
-prototype folder
Phase3
-final folder (the final redesign will all go in here
In the main folder we will have the group page html and a folder images for the group page images.
Sincerely,

Prototypes
Hey guys!
So I went ahead and wrote up the code today for the homepage prototype. What will makes things a hell of a lot easier for all of us, is if we just use this code and then adjust it wherever need be for our individual pages.
When you name your html files, please make them the same name as what I have linked from the home page. That way, we don't have to go back and re-code everything. Sound good?
Also, I haven't finished coding all of the alt texts and stuff for Jaws... I'm kind of confused on what exactly we need to put on there, so I'll get that done soon.

The Second Run....
Alrighty, here's a plan that I came up with. If anybody sees we should do this differently, then let us know!!
-- We need to upload our sketches and create links to them from the homepage. I already uploaded mine if you want to see how I did it. It's pretty simple...
Group Project Page
-- I guess, lets vote on who's sketches we like... lets do this by tuesday... The "winner" will be the design we do for the rest of this project.
-- Also, we need to assign tasks, and conveniently there are 4!!
1) wireframe 1 - the simple ones (one for homepage and a subpage)
2) wireframe 2 - the more complex ones (homepage and subpage)
3) rough draft design 1
4) rough draft design 2
-- After that are the webpage prototypes which we can do over next weekend. There are 6 out of 12, so two people will have to do 2 instead of one. Shouldn't be that hard... Sound good? Let me know!
Completed Tasks
Site Map 2 is complete and has been uploaded in 3 versions (gif, pdf and visio project) into the project folder. Also an updated version of the first site map 1 has been uploaded there as well. So both of the sitemaps are complete. The communcation brief looks good too. If anyone needs help with anything please feel free to email me and/or post here. We only have a couple days left before our inventory and analysis is due and we need everything to be complete. Also if we need to meet up to talk about the Audit Methodology stuff then please let us know Adam. Good luck guys,
Sincerely,
Danny Hoodin
SO I think we all decided to
SO I think we all decided to upload everything into the group project folder (same as our personal folder). Lets try to get most everything done by this weekend so we're not in too much of a time crunch. Thanks guys!

1. What are the main features of the site you would like to emphasize?
Questions for the Webmaster
1. Was there any motivation to use a less compact page layout that involved excess whitespace?
2. Why were the popup windows given their own folder, rather than being organized based on which page they are linked from?
Questions
1. Why graphic menus instead of text based? Was it easier to control your layout that way?
2. I like the thumbnails of the art at the top. Why aren't there any other colorful graphics on the site?
