Rhetorical Peaks: Credits

Rhetorical Peaks is the result of many collaborations, and many people who have not directly contributed to the game have influenced its development in important ways. With that in mind, these credits will necessarily be incomplete. Suffice it to say that the project has benefited greatly from the leadership and contributions of DWRL Directors and Assistant Directors as well as its Program Coordinator (Stephanie Stickney) and Systems Administrator (Hampton Finger).

The game was originally created by Anthony Matteo during the 2006–2007 academic year as a module for Atari/Bioware’s Neverwinter Nights. In the summer of 2008, the DWRL and DIIA (now CTL) collaborated to produce a self-standing version of Rhetorical Peaks using four different platforms: PowerPoint, Flash, Unity, and Second Life. Matt King was responsible for creating the content for these versions. The credits for the DIIA team can be found here. Other project members have been responsible for helping to develop pedagogical resources for the game, conducting studies of the game, and exploring further possibilities for gaming in the classroom. A complete list of project participants can be found below.
