Unfortunately, most of us don't have time to stop and smell the roses these days... We tend to lose touch with
the nature around us which is a real tragedy. Sometimes, however, we can combine our hectic school schedule with
our need to stop and look at our surroundings by choosing classes that combine studies and nature. Enter E 379S
