I thought it was very hard to concentrate with the yelling of the park in the background as well. I thought that the park took away from the garden because it made it harder for people to really "hear" what the garden (and Taniguchi) was trying to say to them. I also agree with you in the fact that the smell of the flowers in the gardens in amazing. I could just sit and smell those buds for hours upoj hours. I really liked reading your work because it made me think of how I felt in the garden and I realzie that we felt the same in a lot of ways.
