I had been to the gardens many times before also. I think I was also able to appreciate it much more once I learned the history of it. The mother tree story was my favorite. I think it was amazing that she gave her spirit to the garden. I did not run my hand through the water. I think that was neat that you did and you were able to write about how it made you feel. Julie
