That is an interesting thought. Turtles do have simple lives, but I can't say that I would like to have their life. I think there is something wonderful about desires and wants. They give us character and somehting to dream about and strive for. Without them, we would be boring and our existence would be trite. I like the fact that we are complex. I think it is somehting that we should be happy about. God gave us the ability to understand and appreciate the earth in a much different and definitely unique way from any other species.
