I FORGOT MY QUOTES : My favorite quote was from the Mustangs, VII Wild and Free. "Only the spirited are beautiful." That is so awesome. Things that are spirited do seem to be more attractive in some way. You know. Dull, weak, unmotivated people and animals are so unattractive. I think that is what makes wild animals so beautiful. They are so spitited and so vibrant. I totally agree with that quote. The other quote that I like is the one out of A Texasn in England. On page 148, ". . . are struck with how the people get not only satsfaction but happiness out of little things - a bird, the growth of barley, a sow's protection of her pigs, flowers, the seasoning of a manure pile." All but the manure pile I can totally agree with, but that one is streaching it. But it is true. The simple little hour that we spent next to the pond made my day seem just a little so better. It could be that it was such a good break from the whole class setting. Honestly, the only time I ever want to be in nature is when I am stuck inside for a long time. I almost never just crave nature. Is that bad? But the little things do make like better. Not even in nature though. Even when some random person smiles at me it can make my day. Or the absolute best for me is when I get mail. I love that. And I never get mail. But when I do get mail, even bills, I am so happy. It makes me feel so popular.
