David, WOW!I really enjoyed your poem/story. Your attention to detail is amazing and i really felt like I could see you in every aspect of the story.Are you really married? Anyways, I think that the poem flowed very well. I have been out to the hill country and it is a beautiful place. I enjoyed reading each step of the day, where you were, what you were doing, and how it all made you feel.Although I am not a real advocate of hunting, I can tell how amazing you felt by shooting that buck.I am sure you do feel a sense of power, and that must be great!The hill country is a place of God's beauty and I am so glad that it has affected you in such a special way.:)
