I think it was very insightful of you to approach the topic of unity as if you were Waller Creek. I think it is easy to forget what a big role this creek has in the world, even though it is small and easily unoticed by others. The creek is useful to so many things--birds, trees, students, other animals etc. even though sometimes it may appear to be nothing more than a little strip of water. I also think your quotes worked well with what you were saying.
