Every student must give a five-seven minute presentation on author and/or specific text and turn in soft copy of presentation (with an annotated bibliography) one week from date of presentation. They must bring in two pictures from the time period that illustrates the information. They must also bring one sound or video file to accompany presentation. After the presentation, students have one week to digitize the data objects. These will be converted for the class CD-ROM.

Data Format Requirements (All data must be in separate files):
Pictures in PICT format and less than 640 X 480 pixels.
Sound in Audio Aiff format and less than 7 megs in size.
Video in Quicktime format and less than 10 megs in size.
Text in RTF format.

Choose an author listed below. Your presentation is due the day we discuss the author's work in class. For various reasons we may not discuss a particular author in class. Your presentation is still due, but only your writing/digitized materials will be reviewed.
