Tally Isham is a recurring figure in much of William Gibson's work. Ono-Sendai and Zeiss Ikon are brands mentioned in Burning Chrome. The disclaimed at the bottom is based on the text that states that Ono-Sendai's quality is less than trustworthy.

I got the Isham image off the net. Fortunately, there were two different images of the same woman. I used the second image in the Simstim section. I color processed her eyes to give her that "Iridescent Blue" color.
