Foreign Aid
What exactly is foreign aid? Foreign aid is another
country's best effort to help out a fellow nation in a time of need or emergency.
This help can come in forms of currency, goods, supplies, military power, and
any
specific needs that need to be met. Foreign aid programs were first designed
mainly to increase the economic growth in developing countries. Funds towards
these programs are often used in projects such as health, agriculture,
education, and human resources.
