Damian has been hired by 999.com for his technological expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting. Since 999.com offers all types of products for $9.99, electronic and computer equipment are big sellers at the website. Since these products are so cheap, problems occur often. He is required to log and record any problems in these products. Customers would call and state problems with the products and he needs to briefly record the main issues the customers have with the product and try to resolve those issues. If he isn't able to do this, he needs to make a note for customer service to issue a refund.
The purpose is to weed out all products that do not meet 999.com's standard
of quality and take those products off of the inventory by keeping the records
